MEET THE TEAM

Dakota Stinson

Owner

Dakota Stinson is the owner of High Tide Docks and brings a strong background in marine construction as a third-generation builder. He graduated from Rockport High School in 2010 and earned a degree in Petroleum Engineering and Geology from Texas A&M University–Kingsville in 2015. Since founding the company in 2016, Dakota has focused on building a reputation for reliable service, high-quality work, and long-lasting waterfront construction.

James Mikolajczyk

Superintendent

James has been a key part of High Tide Docks since October 2018, bringing over 20 years of woodworking experience to the team. A graduate of Rockport High School (2009) and Texas A&M University–Kingsville (2015), he holds a degree in Range and Wildlife Management. His hands-on expertise and attention to detail play a major role in ensuring every project is built with precision, durability, and quality craftsmanship.

Aj Diaz

Foreman

Aj Diaz has been with High Tide Docks since September 2018 and brings over 10 years of woodworking experience to the team. A graduate of Aransas Pass High School (2018), he is currently continuing his education at Del Mar College pursuing a degree in Business Management. As a foreman, Aj plays a key role in overseeing projects and ensuring quality craftsmanship on every build.

Joshua Gonzalez

Concrete & Bulkhead Foreman

Joshua Gonzalez joined High Tide Docks in October 2020 and serves as the concrete and bulkhead foreman. A graduate of Rockport High School (2018), he also attended Texas A&M University–Kingsville. Joshua specializes in concrete work and shoreline structures, bringing strong attention to detail and reliability to every project.
